1. Who We Are

GoSimpleSites is a trading name that trades through SMT Autotech. When you buy services from GoSimpleSites, your agreement is with SMT Autotech. References to “we”, “us” and “our” on this website mean GoSimpleSites trading through SMT Autotech.

2. Our Services

We provide website design and related digital setup services for local businesses, including website design, launch support, hosting setup and email setup where agreed.

3. Quotes and Pricing

Package prices shown on the website are guide prices unless we confirm a specific quote in writing. VAT will be added where applicable. We may update pricing at any time, but any confirmed quote given to you before work starts will be honoured for that project.

4. Payments

Payments for GoSimpleSites services are processed through SMT Autotech. We may require full payment or a deposit before work begins. Final files, launch work, hosting setup or transfer details may be withheld until all outstanding balances are paid.

5. Turnaround Times

We aim to deliver most standard websites within 48 hours of receiving all content, images, business details and any other information we need from you. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by delays in receiving content, approvals or feedback.

6. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, lawful content and any logos, images or wording you want us to use. You confirm that you have the right to use anything you send to us.

7. Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included for normal website builds before final approval. Extra pages, major redesign requests or work that goes beyond the agreed brief may be charged separately.

8. Hosting, Domains and Third-Party Services

If we help with hosting, domains, email or other third-party services, those services may be subject to the third party’s own terms and pricing. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes or failures caused by third-party providers.

9. Client Content and Intellectual Property

You keep ownership of your existing brand assets and content. Once your invoice has been paid in full, you will have the right to use the completed website deliverables created for your project, excluding any third-party tools, fonts, stock assets or licensed materials that remain subject to their own licences.

10. Portfolio Rights

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, we may display completed work, your business name and non-confidential screenshots of your website in our portfolio, on social media or in other marketing materials.

11. Liability

We will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of opportunity or data loss. Our total liability in relation to any project will not exceed the amount you paid us for that project.

12. Termination and Refunds

We may pause or terminate work if invoices are unpaid, communication breaks down or you breach these terms. Because time is allocated to each project, refunds are not guaranteed once work has started, but we will always try to resolve problems fairly.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales unless another law is required by applicable consumer protections.
